Judge Peter Herbert O. B.E is a leading UK human rights barrister, a former lead Counsel at the ICTR, the former Vice Chair of the Metropolitan Police Authority in London who holds three Judicial posts as a part time Immigration Judge, Employment Judge who also sits as a Recorder in the Crown Court.

Peter is a Pan Africanist who Chairs the Society of Black Lawyers in the UK as well as the Pan African Lawyers Association’s diaspora Committee. He has led several international refugee missions to Sicily, Calais & the Lebanon & been awarded the “Spirit of Excellence” award for human rights by the American Bar Association & his OBE by the Queen for his services to diversity, equality & human rights.
